Introductions

Palisade fencing, as effective security fencing, is the widest used type in the world. The forbidding appearance, inherent strength and high damage resistance make the palisade fencing one of the best choices of premise protection.

Designed with smooth surface, rigidity structure, sharp prongs and narrow pale spacing, the palisade fences are normally considered to be difficult even impossible to climb, straddle, grab and gain foot-hold. Thereby, it effective deters would to be intruders and trespassers, protects your assets, office and factory from damages.

Most of all, the palisade fence can be installed with flexibility to follow the profile of uneven terrains and offers a professional feel to your areas. So the fences are always close to the ground, no oversized gaps that may cause security issues anymore!

Panels

Steel Palisade fence is an effective and attractive security barrier. Panels feature strong and secure steel pales, available in a full range of top designs, depending on the security and architectural  requirements.

Palisade pales, the main components of palisade fencing, can be sold separately for repairing a damaged fence and cladding a palisade gates. Taking full advantages of forbidding appearance, the pales deter would be intruders and protect your house, office or factory, etc

Pale Sections

Typically palisade pales are supplied with three types of vertical pale profile: angle iron, D section and W section style, which are engineered with inherent strength and high resistance to attempts of pry, impact, bending, dismantle installation and dislocation.

D section pales, working with long bolts, are designed for boundary  delineation requiring low to medium security and damage resistance.

W section pales, with higher inherent strength and better vandal resistance, are the most used type to provide effective high security and extra  protection. Fastened by short bolts, the W type palisade pales are flush  against the horizon rails without flexibility.

Angle steel pales, bolted or welded to horizon fence rails, are suitable for  general purpose applications, such as residential estates protection.

Posts

Connecting to horizontal palisade rails, are the necessary support of whole fence panels and determine the property of assault resistance. made from high quality steel, these posts are extremely durable and robust to withstand the harshest damages.Catering for different needs, palisade posts are available in two fixing ways:  concrete in and bolt down as shown in the right picture:

Concrete in palisade posts are the most used type complying with International Standards. The bolt down palisade posts with base plates, are also popular for applications where the concrete in posts are not suitable,such as on concrete ground. As your request, cranked wall mount palisade posts can be made to order.

Mostly, palisade post are manufactured from rolled steel joist or heavy duty box section steel - that means there are two varieties of palisade posts: RSJ post and square posts (See below pictures)

Rails

Also called as horizontal rails or crossbars, connect the palisade pales and posts together with the help of cap-head bolts and anti-vandal nets. They are manufactured of rolled steel angle and punched with holes for bolts and nuts, meanwhile, they are galvanized as standards and PVC coated as your request.

Normally, two palisade rails are capable to fasten palisade fence in a height up to 3 meters. However, additional rails should be fixed if the fence is above that height for ensuring its integrity.

The top palisade rails can be manufactured with razor sharps between each palisade pales to prevent would to be intruders from grabbing, climbing up even over the palisade fence.

Gates

Palisade gates, matching with palisade fencing, are designed for securing accesses to your promises and properties. Manufactured from heavy duty steel, the palisade gates we supplied are durable and enable to withstand the harshest damages.

Supplied as standard, all the palisade gates are hot dipped galvanized with the option of PVC coating. Owing to these surface treatments, palisade gates feature excellent rust and corrosion resistance properties. Therefore, it owns perfect performance even in extremely atrocious environments.

As a specific designer and manufacturer, we supply two types of palisade gates: palisade swing gate and palisade sliding gate as follow:

Pedestrian gate - single leaf

• Height: 1.2m, 1.8m, 2.0m, 2.4m or 3.0m

• Length: 1m, 1.2m or 1.5m

• Gate leaf: one gate leaf

• Palisade pales: W section, D section or angle pales

• Gate post: 2 RSJ posts or square posts

• Latch: one heavy duty slide latch

• Horizontal palisade rails: 2 angle steel

• Fittings: 2 hinges, some bots and nuts

Vehicle gate - double leaves

• Height: 1.2m, 1.8m, 2.0m, 2.4m or 3.0m

• Length: 2m, 3m, 4m, 5m or 6m

• Gate leaf: two gate leaves

• Palisade pales: W section, D section or angle pales.

• Gate post: 2 heavy duty square post or RSJ post

• Latch: 1 heavy duty slide latch

• Horizontal palisade rails: 2 angle steel

• Fittings: 4 hinges, and correct numbers of bots and nuts

Palisade sliding gate

• Height: 1.2m, 1.8m, 2.0m, 2.4m or 3.0m

• Length: 4m, 5m, 6m, 7m, 8m, 9m, 10m, 11m, 12m, 13m, 14m, 15m or other widths as your request.

• Leaf: one gate leaf

• Palisade pales: W, D section or angle pales

• Wheel: 2 gate wheel with a diameter of 100mm

• Wheel run track: 10mm to 15mm protruding from the ground surface

• End post: 120mm × 120mm

• Center post: 100mm × 100mm

• Fitting: post clamps, bolts and nuts

Colors

Linkland Double wire fence can be supplied in all colors according to international standard RAL Colors, the popular colors as below:

ACCESSORIES

To fix the pales to the rails two types of fixings are available. Rivets and collars (M6 and M8) for which a fencing rivet gun is required or M8 bolts with Permacone fixings, designed to snap off during erection for a secure fixing.

Coating

Palisade fence panels and gates are all hot dipped galvanized complying with BS EN ISO 1461: 1999. then protected by exclusive Super-Durable powder coating. This coating provides longer protection from U.V. rays and salt spray than either E-Coat or standard polyester coatings.
